Jim is a senior associate in the Sydney office of Greenwoods & Freehills.

Jim joined Greenwoods & Freehills in 2007 following a number of years working in the corporate tax practices of two international accounting firms.

Industry Experience

Jim advises on a broad range of corporate tax matters with a particular focus on the property funds management, property construction and development, and banking and finance sectors.

Jim is also involved in tax advisory and compliance work for a number of corporate clients and high net worth individuals.

Professional Background

Jim holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Monash University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne.

Jim is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, and practises as a solicitor in New South Wales. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is an associate of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
